From day one, our employees start their training journey, carrying out company, HR, Health and Safety and departmental inductions. During the course of their employment, employees will also undertake a vast array of nationally accredited training courses from Health and Safety Courses to mobile plant training, first aid training, fire marshal training, environmental training and much more. This helps to build employees’ knowledge and competency levels to ensure we have the capabilities and expertise to safely undertake whatever job any situation may require.

Employees also carry out authorisation training for other Clients. During this authorisation training, operatives are provided with Client specific information which detail the different rules between Transmission and Distribution facilities and specific requirements for any site.
